How can I pay?
Online through Przelewy24, when you place the order.
How much does a scan cost?
€290 + VAT. You see the gross amount in the cart before you pay. Businesses from other EU countries with a valid VAT number pay no Polish VAT (reverse charge).
Can I buy a scan for my company?
Yes. Enter your company name and VAT number in the order, and the VAT invoice is issued to these details.
Delivery
When will I get the file?
Within 3 business days after the payment is booked. We send the PDF by email.
No email with the link. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and My account. If the file is still missing, write to us and we will send it again.
What the scan contains
How is a scan different from a free review?
A review gives the key figures and conclusions to read online. A scan is a full PDF report: market size and growth, key players, trends and a list of sources.
Does a scan include expert commentary?
Yes. Every scan includes comments from industry experts on the key figures and trends. The expert explains what is behind the data and what it may mean for your decision.
The market I need is not here. What now?
The catalogue grows along with new reviews. If you need data right away, we will prepare an in-depth analysis of that market.
Invoices and terms
Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. We issue the invoice to the company details given in the order and send it by email.
Can I share the scan with colleagues?
No. You buy the scan under a licence for one person: the person who placed the order. You may not share the file or any part of it with other people, including colleagues at your company, and you may not publish or resell it. The licence terms are set out in § 8 of the shop terms.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
A scan is digital content that we email to you within 3 business days after the payment is booked. When you order, you agree to receive the file before the withdrawal period ends, so the right of withdrawal expires once the file is delivered. Details are in the shop terms.

What if the scan is not enough?
Order an in-depth market analysis within 60 days of buying the scan. We will deduct the €290 from its price.
