2. Your rights
To use any of the rights below, write to info@markethub.pl. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest. In complex cases we may extend this by a further two months, and if so we will tell you within the first month.
3. Who we share data with
Your data may be passed to companies whose services we use to run the website, the shop and our social media profiles. They process it on our instructions under data processing agreements.
Processors in the European Economic Area
Processors outside the European Economic Area
When data goes outside the EEA, for example to the USA, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
4. Do you have to give us your data
Giving us your data is voluntary. Without some of it, however, we cannot reply to your message, prepare a quote or fulfil an order. Where the law requires the data (for example for an invoice), giving it is mandatory.
5. Automated decisions and profiling
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
Analytics and marketing tools on the site may analyse how visitors behave in order to tailor content and ads. This only happens if you consent to the relevant cookies.
6. How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it for. After that we delete or anonymise it.
7. Social media
We run profiles on social media platforms and link to them from the site. We process the data of people who follow or message our profiles in order to run the profiles and reply to messages. We do not use data that the platforms collect themselves for our own purposes.
Each platform has its own data rules. When you click a link to our profile, the platform may record your visit to our site, especially if you are logged in. If you do not want that, log out before clicking.
8. Newsletter
We process the email address you give when signing up in order to send you the newsletter, that is, on the basis of your consent. If you receive a message asking you to confirm your address after signing up, click the link. We will not start sending until you do.
We send the newsletter through MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland), which records your subscription activity (for example email opens). The data is stored in the European Economic Area. If a MailerLite subcontractor processes it outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the safeguards described above: a European Commission decision or standard contractual clauses.
You receive the newsletter until you unsubscribe or we stop sending it. If you do not open any message for 12 months, we may remove you from the list.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of every newsletter or by writing to info@markethub.pl. After you unsubscribe, we keep a record of the subscription for as long as we need it to defend against possible claims. This is our legitimate interest.
The details are set out in the Newsletter terms.
9. Withdrawing consent
If we process your data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@markethub.pl. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier processing unlawful.
10. Comments under posts
You can leave a comment under blog posts. You do this voluntarily, giving a name or nickname and an email address.
You are responsible for the content of your comment. We moderate comments and remove those that are offensive, vulgar, promotional or that infringe the rights of others.
11. Cookies
The site uses cookies, small text files stored on your device. We set some of them ourselves (first-party cookies) so that the site and the shop work properly. Others are set by the providers of tools we use (third-party cookies).
Necessary cookies are always on, because the site and the cart would not work without them. We only set analytics and marketing cookies once you agree to them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time and delete cookies in your browser settings.
The site uses:
12. Meta Pixel
Meta Pixel is a piece of code from Meta. It measures how well our ads work and lets us show them to people who have visited our site. Meta may combine this information with data it holds about you as a user of its services.
You can read more about it in the Meta Business Help Centre (facebook.com/business/help) by searching for "Meta Pixel".
13. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Google Analytics shows us how people use the site, for example where they come from and which pages they read. This helps us improve the site and our services. Google may combine this data with information it holds about you as a user of its services.
Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
The site also uses Microsoft Clarity. It shows us, in anonymised form, how visitors scroll and click on pages, so we can see what is unclear. We only turn Clarity on after you consent to analytics cookies. Microsoft's privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com
14. Content from other services
The site may show embedded content from other services, such as videos. The service may record that you played it. If you have an account there and do not want it to know, log out before playing.
15. Server logs
Every visit to the site is recorded in the server logs. The logs include the IP address, date and time, and information about the browser and operating system.
We do not link this data to specific people. We use it to administer and secure the site. Only people authorised to administer the server have access to the logs.
16. Final provisions
The materials on this site are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright. Using them beyond what the law permits requires our consent. If you are not sure whether you can use them, write to us.
The content on the site is for information and education. It does not replace individual advice.
This policy may change, for example when we switch a service provider or add a new feature to the site. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
