Questions from advisers

Working together

Do we need a framework agreement?

No. You can start with a single assignment. For regular work we suggest a framework agreement with partner terms.

What is the expert commentary in your reports?

Opinions from industry, scientific and business experts we choose for the topic of the project. The expert explains what is behind the figures, checks the estimates and conclusions, and says what they may mean for your decision. The commentary is part of every paid MarketHub report.

Can the report carry our client’s brand instead of ours?

Yes. The report can be in your template or your client’s, without the MarketHub logo.

Who invoices the end client?

You do. We invoice your firm, and you agree terms with your client.

Can your analyst join a meeting with our client?

Yes, if you want. Depending on the model, they join as a MarketHub analyst or as part of your project team.

What are the partner terms?

They depend on the number and type of projects. We discuss them on the first partner call.

Can we add our own recommendations to the report?

Yes. You can add your own conclusions and recommendations. If you want, we check that they match the data.

Can we see an example of your work?

Yes. On the partner call we show extracts from reports in a neutral template. You can also read our free market briefs in English.

Confidentiality

Will you contact our client?

No. Without your consent we do not contact your client or approach them with offers.

Will the project appear in your case studies?

White-label projects never do. For co-branded work we agree the rules before we start.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, before the brief.

When you interview Polish companies, will you say who the research is for?

No. We introduce ourselves as MarketHub and do not name your client.

Projects

How long does a project take?

It depends on the service and scope. Polish Company Check takes 48–72 hours. For other services the exact timeline is in the quote, which you get within 72 hours.

Do you deliver in English?

Yes. We deliver in English or Polish.

Can we order only part of the work, such as data collection?

Yes. We can collect the data and you write the analysis and conclusions. We agree the scope in the brief.

Can you help when a deal is already on the table?

Yes. Polish Company Check is designed for exactly that: a fast check of a Polish company from public sources, with red flags highlighted.

Do you run surveys in Poland?

Yes. We run telephone interviews (CATI) in-house, and large online surveys (CAWI) with a partner panel.

What if the client changes the scope during the project?

We tell you straight away how the change affects the timeline and price, and make it only after you approve.
