Expert commentary in every report
Every partner report includes comments from industry, scientific and business experts. This gives a report published under your brand more weight with your clients and the media.
Why publish a report about Poland?
A report with data nobody else has keeps working longer than a campaign. Companies and organisations publish one for these reasons:
Leads
A report you give away for a newsletter sign-up attracts people who want to learn about your industry in Poland: your potential customers.
Media citations
Journalists like to quote fresh figures with a named source. Every citation is a mention of your brand.
Citations in AI answers
AI assistants cite sources that contain specific data. A report with a clear methodology makes it more likely they will point to your company.
Material for sales
Figures from the report open conversations with customers and show that you know their market better than your competitors.
A position in Poland
For a foreign company entering or growing in Poland, a report on the Polish market is a way to become a source that local customers and media quote.
Value for members
For chambers of commerce and industry associations, an annual report gives members something they can use and gives the organisation a reason to appear in the media.
What is a partner report?
A partner report is an industry report prepared by a research firm on behalf of another company and published under that company’s brand. The client chooses the topic and audience; the research firm collects the data, designs the methodology, analyses the results and writes the report. The report serves as a lead magnet, an expert publication or a data source for the media. MarketHub prepares such reports on the same principles it uses for market analyses for management boards.
How a partner report works
We start with a question your customers want answered. For example: what a given service costs, how raw material prices are moving, or how many companies in the sector already use a new technology. We pick the topic together. It should sit close to what you sell, but the report can't read like a sales brochure, or nobody will finish it.
We collect data the same way we do for board-level analyses: public statistics, company registers, industry reports and interviews with experts. We can add a survey of your customers or of the whole industry, and use your company's own data, such as anonymised order statistics. Every number comes with its source, so a journalist or a customer can check it.
Your brand goes on the cover, and we are responsible for the methodology. Whether we also sign as the research partner is something we decide together: an independent research firm's name makes the findings easier to trust, while a report under your brand alone does more to position you as the expert. Along with the report you get a summary for a press release and graphics with the key numbers for social media. We publish reports like this ourselves, and our research has been covered by Rzeczpospolita, Forbes and Puls Biznesu, among others.
Report formats
We match the format to the goal. The exact timeline is in the quote.
English, Polish or both
A report about Poland often has two audiences: Polish customers and media, and head office or international readers.
One dataset, two editions
Both language versions use the same data, methodology and charts. Figures in both editions match exactly.
Which edition first
We agree which edition is written first, depending on where the report will be used most.
Proofreading
Before the start we agree who does the final proofreading of each edition: our team, your team or a translator you work with.
Polish terms explained
In the English edition we explain Polish institutions, registers and terms, so international readers can follow without extra research.
How do you get cited in Polish media?
We cannot guarantee citations, but we prepare the report so that it is easy to quote.
Which report topic brings leads?
A good topic meets four conditions:
A question customers ask
The topic answers a question your customers type into a search engine, ask an AI assistant or ask your sales team.
Available data
The question can be answered with public data, a survey or your own data.
One figure for the headline
The report has at least one figure a journalist can put in a headline.
Timeliness
The topic matters now, or it can be repeated every year with new data.
Five example topics about Poland
What you get
Every report is different, because we set the scope around your goal, audience and topic. The elements below are examples.
In the publication package:
How long does it take?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks. The survey takes the longest. Without one, the report is often ready sooner.
Methodology and credibility
A report meant to be cited has to stand up to scrutiny from journalists and competitors.
Methodology note
Every report describes its method: where the data comes from, when it was collected, how many respondents there were and what the limitations are.
List of sources
Every figure has a source. Survey data is described separately from public data.
Who signs
Your brand is on the cover. Whether we sign as the research partner is agreed before the start.
The data decides
You can change the topic, the scope and how the results are presented, but we do not bend the numbers to fit a thesis.
