Questions about these terms: marketing@markethub.pl.

1. General provisions

1. These terms set out the rules for the newsletter service and for the digital content (such as e-books, reports, recordings and access to online training) and digital services provided through it.

2. The newsletter is run, and the content is provided, by MarketHub sp. z o.o. ("we"). We are also the controller of subscribers' personal data.

3. These terms apply to all subscribers: consumers, sole traders with consumer rights under Polish law and other businesses.

4. If you do not want to give us your data, you can buy access to the digital content instead. Paid access is described in section 4 and in the Shop terms (in Polish).

Digital service: a service that lets you create, process or store data in digital form or access it, such as online training.
Price: the amount payable for the supply of digital content or a digital service.
Subscriber: a person who has signed up to the newsletter.
Terms: this document.

3. Signing up and materials for subscribers

1. The newsletter contains articles and guides on market research, news about new posts, reports and videos, and commercial information about our services and products.

2. You sign up by filling in a sign-up form on our site (in the page content, in a pop-up or on a separate sign-up page) and accepting the Privacy policy.

3. If we send you a message asking you to confirm your email address (double opt-in), the subscription starts only after you click the link.

4. With some forms we offer a gift for signing up, in the form of digital content or a digital service. The gift is always described next to the form. Not every sign-up comes with a gift.

5. We send the gift to the email address given at sign-up, as a download link or access instructions.

6. Confirming the sign-up concludes a contract for the supply of the newsletter and, where the sign-up comes with a gift, also a contract for the supply of the digital content or service.

7. The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. You can end it at any time by unsubscribing.

8. As a consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason. Just unsubscribe or write to marketing@markethub.pl.

4. Paid access to digital content

1. If you do not want to sign up to the newsletter, you can get the digital content or service offered as a gift for a price of PLN 99.99 gross (VAT included).

2. You can buy access in our online shop or order it by writing to marketing@markethub.pl.

3. For email orders, we will reply with the Shop terms, the information required by consumer law and the GDPR, and payment details. The contract is concluded once you accept the terms in your email reply.

4. Once the payment is received, we will promptly send you a link to the content or access instructions for the service, together with an invoice.

5. Technical requirements

To use the newsletter and digital materials you need:

a computer, tablet or phone with internet access,
an active email address,
an up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or Opera),

6. Personal data in the newsletter

1. We process the email address given in the sign-up form to send the newsletter, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

2. The data is stored by our newsletter provider, MailerLite Limited, based in Ireland, with which we have a data processing agreement. The data is stored in the European Economic Area. If a MailerLite subcontractor processes it outside the EEA, this is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

3. You receive the newsletter until you unsubscribe or we stop sending it. If you do not open any message for 12 months, we may remove you from the list.

4. You can unsubscribe using the "Unsubscribe" link in every message or by writing to marketing@markethub.pl.

5. After you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, we keep a record of the subscription only as far as needed to show that the mailing was lawful and to defend against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this by writing to us.

6. The mailing system collects statistics such as email opens and link clicks. We may use them to match content to your interests. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal effects.

7. If you consent to marketing cookies, your email address may be passed to Meta in encrypted (hashed) form to create an advertising audience.

8. You have all the rights described in the Privacy policy: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

2. You may use it for your own purposes. Further distribution requires our consent.

3. The materials are educational and do not replace individual expert advice.

9. Complaints

1. Send complaints about the newsletter or the digital content and services to marketing@markethub.pl. Describe the problem and give the email address you used to sign up.

2. We will reply by email within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

3. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, for example a permanent consumer arbitration court, the provincial Trade Inspection inspector or a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman in Poland. More information (in Polish) is available at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
